NDT TRAINING
In-House Training
Companies requiring their employees to perform NDT Inspections; by requirements, specifications or motivation are required to:
- Have a Written Practice.
- Have specific written Procedures for the NDT performed.
- Comply with ASNT SNT – TC – 1A, CP – 189 and CP – 105 Standards and practices.
- Complete a training period specified and qualify to Level I or II as required.
- Maintain NDT Reports as required.
- Employ or maintain on staff a qualified Level III individual.
Patriot Inspection LLC can act as your Level III representative, creating a Written Practice for your specific requirements and preparing specific Procedures for each NDT Method in progress. We can assist in a timely manner to train your employees and qualify them to exact requirements and specifications. The Level III can then qualify the personnel to continue in those Methods on their own.
Normally after a short period, the personnel can then perform In – House inspections in the acceptable manner desired as specified.
Welder Training and Qualification
Welders at their first attempts to Qualify, often fail. This is due to unsure practices and lack of experience in qualifications. We can assist in assuring welders have proper instruction and provide actual oversite while testing in setup and technique.
